Beans and mushrooms salad

Ingredients:canned champignons – 1 can, canned beans – 1 can, onions – 1 pc., garlic – 3 cloves, homemade mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon, black ground pepper – a pinch, salt – to taste.

Preparation:Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Toss it with the beans. Chop the mushrooms a little and add to the salad. Squeeze the peeled cloves of garlic there. Season the resulting salad with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken, Bean and Pepper Soup


Ingredients:onions – 1 pc., chicken breast – 1 pc., canned beans – 400 g, hot green pepper – 1/2pcs., salt – 2 tsp, chicken broth – 1.5 l, olive oil – 2 tbsp, fresh cilantro – 1/3 bunch, hot cayenne pepper – 1/3 tsp, salt – 1/2 ч.л.

Preparation:Chop the meat in medium pieces. Chop the onion and herbs into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring slightly, fry the onion there for 5 minutes. Then place the chicken in the pot. While stirring, fry everything for 8 minutes. Next add the beans, broth, pepper, cilantro and salt. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for another 20 minutes.

Bean Pasta


Ingredients:onions – 1 pc., carrots – 1 pc., garlic – 3 cloves, beans – 150 g, vegetable broth – 1 l, tomatoes in their own juice – 200 g, pasta – 200 g, hard cheese – 100 g, olive oil – for frying, salt – a pinch, black ground pepper – 1/4ч.л.

Preparation:Boil the beans until tender. Chop carrots, onions and garlic into small cubes. Saute prepared vegetables lightly in olive oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Then add beans, tomatoes and broth there. Season everything with salt and pepper. Now add the pasta and cookisto the state of “al dente”. Serve the grated cheese pasta.

Bean and Sausage Pie


Ingredients:onions – 1 pc., wheat flour – 200 g + 1 tbsp., vegetable oil – 1 tbsp., ground nutmeg – a pinch, bacon strips – 6 pcs., canned beans in tomato sauce – 1 can, sausages – 5 pcs., hard cheese – 150 g, egg – 1 pc., butter – 100 g, salt – 1/2 tsp, paprika – 1/4 ч.л.

Preparation:In a food processor, stir together 200 g of sifted flour, salt and diced chilled butter. Then add the egg and knead to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a thin layer and put it in a round, low form, covering the bottom and sides. Next, make punctures on the dough, cover it with parchment, add peas and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cut the bacon into small pieces and the sausages into slices. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry with the bacon and sausages. Next, add the beans, leftover flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir. Then transfer the filling into the dough pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on the cake 5 minutes before the end. When serving, you can decorate the pastries with herbs.
