As part of an unprecedented collaboration, the artistic director of Pronovias, Alessandra Rinaudo, partnered with the top model Ashley graham to create a collection of wedding dress which adapts to all body types. The idea: to celebrate each body and each size by creating dresses and outfits for the big day, which suit all body types, from size 32 to size 66. Each wedding dress, glamorous and modern and elegant, features integrated support underwear and bra to allow future brides to feel comfortable throughout the day.
This concept of plus size wedding dress, Ashley Graham wished she could enjoy it when she herself got married. “From trying on the perfect wedding dress to making the big reveal on the big day, women should feel confident. When I bought my wedding dress 10 years ago, I struggled to find a style in my size that fit well and made me feel special ” she told Glamor US newspaper. “Finding a dream dress is something I wish I had experienced. I am delighted to be working in partnership with Pronovias to create a line of wedding dresses that adapts to everyone “, Ashley Graham adds on her Instagram account. “The bridal industry needs to be an advocate for inclusiveness and value the diversity of bodies“, specifies the top model.
