  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 115 g butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a packet of vanilla sugar
  • baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm
  • icing sugar for decoration

If desired, you can add lemon zest or nuts to the dough. Well, the first rule of cooking: if the dessert doesn’t look very good on top, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
