How to choose oil
Castor oil should be purchased at a pharmacy, and it is quite inexpensive – on average, from 20 to 30 rubles per 30 ml.
Raw materials for castor oil are castor bean seeds. The production method is cold pressed. However, in subsequent processing, it can be refined, but in this case it will lose a number of its useful qualities. Pharmacies can supply oil both for internal intake and for cosmetic purposes, so it is very important to read the labeling and instructions for use before buying.
The oil obtained by cold pressing without further processing, as well as various additives, is considered the best in quality.
It is better not to take cheap oil that is not sold in a pharmacy, it may turn out to be fake or suitable only for technical needs.
