Preparation

  1. Take a separate container and combine 150 g of sugar, cocoa, water and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Now remove the mixture from the heat and cool. The egg whites are separated from the yolks. Whisk the whites with salt and the remaining (100 g) sugar. Add the yolks to the chocolate mass and beat as well. In a separate bowl, mix sifted flour, vanillin and baking soda, baking powder. Mix this and chocolate mixture until smooth. While gently stirring, add the proteins here.

Preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 160 degrees. The whites are separated from the yolks. Sprinkle some salt on the egg whites and start whisking. Add sugar in 4 passes while whisking. Then 1 yolk in the same way. You need to achieve a lush mass. Continue to beat it for another 3 minutes. Add the sifted flour with vanilla and gently stir the dough with a spoon.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine salt, eggs and sugar, beat with a mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Now pour in vegetable oil, lemon juice and beat again. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon. Stir gently with a spatula. Add carrots, zest and nuts. Stir until smooth.

  3. Cover the mold with parchment, pour the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 160 and bakes until tender. Minutes 40. Check the readiness of the dessert with a match.

Coconut

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • salt
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 90 g flour
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add half the sugar to the yolks and beat them with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Add the coconut flakes and stir. Add flour, starch, baking powder and stir. In a separate bowl, beat the whites and salt with the other half of the sugar until stable peaks. Add a third of the protein mass to the yolks and mix gently. Then add another third and more. Mix everything into a homogeneous dough.

  3. Cover the mold with parchment and pour the dough into it. Cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the dish for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes at the same temperature. Done.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of sugar

  • 80 g honey
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 20 g flour
  • vanillin and nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Mix honey and soda in a thick-walled container. Put the container itself on medium heat, stirring constantly. The mass should turn white. Continue stirring until caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool. Separate the whites from the yolks. Salt the proteins and add sugar to them. Whisk the whites to the peaks. Add yolks and honey mass. Whisk everything well. Add flour with nutmeg and vanilla little by little. Stir the dough gently into a homogeneous mass.
