  • wheat flour – 25 g;
  • rice groats – 30 g;
  • semolina – 25 g;
  • icing sugar – 25 g;
  • bread crumbs – 20 g;
  • crushed nuts – 20 g;
  • ghee – 50 g;
  • butter – 40 g;
  • melted lard – 40 g;
  • not melted lard – 60 g;
  • granulated sugar – 30 g.

If you need to take a very small amount of an ingredient (up to 15-20 g) for cooking according to the recipe of your chosen dish, and there is no kitchen scale, the most ordinary teaspoon will come to the rescue. It is also suitable for measuring the right amount of spices and salt.

  • granulated sugar – 12 g;
  • crushed crackers – 6 g;
  • salt – 7 g;
  • cumin – 5 g;
  • ground cardamom – 4 g;
  • black peppercorns – 5 g;
  • chopped dry thyme – 2 g;
  • ground coriander – 4.5 g;
  • coriander fruit – 3.5 g;
  • ground nutmeg – 6.5 g;
  • ground red pepper – 5 g;
  • ground ginger – 5 g.

To measure the number of grams liquid ingredient (water, wine, vinegar etc.), you can also use cutlery and crockery:

  • 1 glass contains 200 g of water;
  • in a coffee cup – 75 g;
  • in a tablespoon – 20 g;
  • in a teaspoon – 5 g.
