There are several ways that you can deal with the problem. They are based on exercise and dietary guidelines. To get rid of folds, it is important to approach the problem in a comprehensive manner, as well as to understand the nuances.

Before considering the ways to get rid of armpit folds, you need to find out the reasons for their formation. This will help you deal with the problem faster and prevent it from reoccurring.

The main reasons for the deformation of the armpits include:

To effectively remove the ears under the armpits, you first need to normalize the diet:

  • in addition to broths and drinks, drink about 2 liters of water within 24 hours.
  • spend fasting days.

A gentle diet will help speed up the digestion process. It is based on the consumption of chopped food.

Allowed Products

Foods rich in antioxidants, proteins, fatty acids, selenium and vitamins will help to quickly get rid of armpit ears.

The following are considered especially beneficial for the skin:

  • whole grains of cereals;
  • low-fat dairy products;
  • lean meats and fish;
  • vegetables;
  • fruits;
  • berries;
  • olive and linseed oil.

Natural carrot, apple and orange juice will also help improve the structure of the skin.

Prohibited foods

To reduce armpit fat folds, you will need to avoid certain types of foods.

The following are prohibited:

  1. In the prone position, the arms are spread apart. Then the movements that are used when swimming are performed.
  2. In the supine position, the legs are bent at the knees, and the arms are spread apart. When you rest your heels on the floor, your palms come together and curl under your raised head. Without touching the base of the floor, the hands return to their original position. A manipulation that can remove armpit folds is performed 10 times in 3 sets.
  3. In a standing position – with a stationary body, the shoulders alternately move back and forth. The exercise is repeated until a slight tremor begins in the chest. Then the body relaxes to perform the movements without hindrance.
  4. The closed palms are set and tightly squeezed in front of the chest. Then, straining the pectoral muscles, move your arms from one armpit to the other. Manipulations are carried out slowly, at a measured pace from 15 to 20 times, with 3 approaches.

Another great underarm crease exercise is the plank. Leaning on the hands and toes, the body is placed in a horizontal position above the floor. Pulling in the stomach and straining the press, they are in this position until there is enough endurance.

Power loads

Strength training includes a variety of exercises that tone muscle tissue, shape the body, and tighten the skin.

You can remove armpit folds with the following sports loads:

  1. Pull-ups on the bar. 7-9 pull-ups are performed in one approach.
  2. Push ups. To remove bags under the armpits, palms should be placed as close to each other as possible on the floor surface. Leaning on your hands, push up 10-15 times in a row in 3 repetitions.
  3. Ball exercises. In a horizontal position, the ball rises overhead. Then, contracting your chest and leg muscles, squeeze it for 30 seconds. After completing the exercise 15 times, move the object to the pelvic area and repeat the described manipulations again.
  4. Exercises with a fitness band. Putting your feet in the middle of the elastic band, squat slightly. Hands with the ends of the elastic are wound behind the head. After that, they begin to stretch and relax the tape 15–20 times. This creates a load on the armpit bag.
  5. Dumbbell exercises. Standing on bent legs, arms with dumbbells are raised to the level of the shoulder joint. They are in this position for several seconds. The shells are then lowered to the knee line. Exercises against armpit folds are repeated 8 times in 3 sets.

An elliptical trainer will also help to achieve the desired result. It exerts stress on all types of muscles, including the axillary muscles. However, it is worth considering that you need to do at least 3 times a week for 1-1.5 hours.

You can remove fat folds under the armpits by observing dietary rules and exercising. The former helps to get rid of fatty deposits and increase the elasticity of the skin, while the latter helps to strengthen and tighten the muscles. For the fastest and most noticeable results, you need to use both methods in combination.
