In her Montpellier workshop, Marielle Maury has been creating tailor-made wedding dresses for five years. Its first Horizon collection, composed of eight pieces, succeeds in combining good taste and ethical considerations.
Why would we put our ecological approach in parentheses when choosing our wedding dress? Marielle Maury, who consumes local and organic and tries to take public transport as much as possible, could not avoid looking into this thorny question. Result: the French designer has decided to offer this year a first collection of virginal dresses designed in natural materials, respectful of man and the environment. Indeed, 90% of the fabrics used are certified organic by the GOTS standard, Global organic textile standard. Silk, cotton, crepe de chine or georgette are worked by hand in the workshop located in Montpellier. All in the service of refined outfits that can easily be carried over to other occasions.
Poetic, diaphanous and organic, the Horizon wedding dress collection by Marielle Maury
No monumental trains, rhinestones and debauchery of embroidery on the models. But rather subtly iridescent straps, games of overlays and transparency, prodigious guipures. The names of the pieces also lend themselves to reverie: Azur, Céleste, Envol. Above all, it transcribes the idea of lightness and purity of the collection.

The icing on the cake: personalization. Marielle Maury indeed intends to leave freedom to her customers who can adapt the pieces to their morphology and their tastes. In return ? A design time of between six and twelve months and a price range of approximately 2300 to 4000 euros. To be the most beautiful and the most eco-responsible place to go dancing.
