  3. In a convenient container, mash the cod liver with a fork. Add greens, corn, minced egg, finely chopped onion and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

  4. Cod liver is a rather fatty product, so one tablespoon of mayonnaise is enough as a dressing. If you don’t like mayonnaise, then you can season the salad with sour cream.
