Eggplants with zucchini and onions are fried in a deep thick-walled frying pan (or in a cauldron) in sunflower oil, pepper and tomatoes are added to them. Salt, pepper, pour in vinegar. Add some sugar. Stir the contents of the pan thoroughly and simmer for 30 minutes.
