In the first the salad recipe has only three ingredients: 4 boiled eggs, 150-200 g of cheese and a couple of cloves of garlic. We clean and grind everything on a grater or whatever is more convenient for you, fill with mayonnaise, you can skip salt. It is very nutritious, and to look prettier, you can neatly arrange it in wafer tartlet cups.
Second salad includes more products, here is such a list: three boiled eggs and a couple of potatoes, a small head of onion, 150-200 g of cheese, canned fish in oil – it is best if they are sprats, they get such a smoked taste. Although you can, of course, take any fish, the main thing is that in oil. You also need a small carrot, it can be boiled while the potatoes are boiled, but fresh is also good.
We take a deep cup – “food bowl”, where we will put everything. Three potatoes, eggs, carrots and cheese on a grater, finely chop the onion, knead the fish in a separate plate with a fork, separating it from the oil as much as possible, and add to everything that has been chopped. We fill with mayonnaise, try it. If there is not enough salt, add. It seems to me that undersalt is better than oversalted. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.

We prepare the necessary products …
Cook a couple of potatoes. However, if it is large, then one will be enough.
Cook chicken leg or chicken flesh.
Any cheese is suitable, which is your favorite, 150-200 grams.
You will also need a head of onion and mushrooms. The ideal option is, of course, real mushrooms from the forest. But canned mushrooms are also suitable. Take the whole jar, the mushrooms will not spoil the salad.
Mayonnaise is also needed, we will have a puff salad.

- We take a large deep plate or salad bowl, lay out the layers:
- Three boiled potatoes on a coarse grater.
- Grind the chicken meat.
- Cheese, too, three on a grater.
- Fry the onions until beautiful golden grains. Chop the mushrooms, if necessary, and add to the fried onions. You do not need to fry champignons from a jar, they are ready-made. In my photo – forest mushrooms, cooked them in salted water in advance and mixed with onions,
- The final touch, unfortunately, is missing for me – finely chopped walnut kernels. Sprinkle our flaky wonder on top for beauty!
We coat each layer with mayonnaise. Now it is better to “forget” about the salad for a couple of hours, so that all the layers are soaked properly. I like this option – I cook a salad in the evening and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The main thing is not to forget to get it early the next day so that it warms up to room temperature!
