- pumpkin pulp – 0.8 kg;
- water – 1.6 l;

To make sweet pineapple pumpkin, stock up on ingredients:
- pumpkin pulp – 750 g;
- water – 750 ml;
- sugar – 150 g;
- allspice (peas) – 3 pcs.;
- cloves – 3 buds;
- table vinegar – 1.5 tbsp.
The pumpkin pulp is cut into small slices. Syrup is made from water, sugar and spices. After it has boiled for a few minutes, the pumpkin cut into slices is dipped into it. Sliced vegetables are boiled in sweet spicy liquid for 15 minutes. The slices should be soft. They should not be allowed to boil.
At the end of cooking, vinegar is poured into the contents of the pan. Then the product is transferred to clean sterilized jars. The syrup is poured into containers to the very top and rolled up.
