How to make my homemade massage oil
Precautions to observe when making your homemade massage oil
Before you start making your proposed blend of oils, it is essential to do a test to determine if you are allergic to a Essential oil. It is necessary to apply a drop of essential oil diluted in a vegetable oil in the fold of the elbow. If after 24 hours, no irritation or redness appears, it means that you can start without risk!
It should also be borne in mind that some essential oils are photosensitizing. This means that in sunlight, an essential oil applied to the skin can leave permanent dark spots.
Photosensitizing essential oils are mainly citrus fruits but others are also concerned (angelica, bergamot, celery, lemon, khella, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, lemon verbena).

The advice of the naturopath : “It is important to consult a naturopath to resolve these problems internally and tackle their cause. In the event of a heavy or chronic pathology or if you follow a parallel treatment or suffer from allergies, it is essential to consult a specialist before any use of an essential oil, whatever it is. Their use is also contraindicated during pregnancy and on children ”
