How to shut down the Valentine’s Day poopers

Every year some of us are disappointed on February 14th. Their men don’t like Valentine’s Day, find it a commercial holiday. And we almost forgot the favorite excuse of the male sex: “I don’t need Valentine’s Day to please my wife.” Yes that’s it…

Excuse n ° 1: “Valentine’s Day is a commercial celebration”

Saint-Valentin lived in Ancient Rome where he protected the newlyweds and the sick. What is there more noble?

Reply: “Christmas is an invention of Coca-Cola. Are you going to deprive the children of gifts too? ”

Excuse n ° 2: “I don’t need Valentine’s Day to please my wife”

There are many men who claim not to want to celebrate Valentine’s Day because they feel forced when they prefer to surprise their wives. But how many of them really surprise us out of the blue?

Reply: “If you love to surprise me so much, honey, why not on this day?”

Excuse # 3: “I don’t know what to buy! Women are materialists! ”

The man who comes up with that excuse is a LAZY man! Of course, any woman would love to receive a trip or the overpriced bag she had seen a few weeks earlier. But we are especially touched by the attention that a man gives us. A candy ring or a pretty rose makes us equally happy.

Reply: Cynicism is of no use in this case. Talk about it calmly, explaining what you really want.
