Zucchini pizza “Delicate pie”
For the first time I tasted a slice of this delicate pizza at my friend’s, at first without even realizing what kind of dough it was a miracle. The open pie melted in my mouth.
First, prepare the dough: three medium zucchini on a medium grater, add three raw eggs, salt, pepper, you can add a little smoked paprika. Squeeze two cloves of garlic into the mixture, add either baking powder for the dough, or extinguish half a teaspoon of baking soda in a few drops of vinegar and stir in the courgettes.
Next, we need to add flour. And here is the most interesting thing: if we pour in a lot of flour, the cake will turn out to be hard, and if a little – liquid, it will take a long time to bake and lose its taste. Therefore, we add flour to the zucchini little by little and mix right there, trying not to crush the tender zucchini mass with a spoon. Otherwise, the juice will stand out and even more flour will be needed.
Add flour gently until the consistency of the dough becomes like a pancake: thin and not liquid.
Lubricate a flat shape with oil, pour out all the zucchini-flour mixture, and on top lay out pieces of ham or already fried minced meat, slices of tomatoes, sausages or sausages

The simplest recipe “Spicy zucchini”

It takes about ten minutes to prepare and 3-4 hours to infuse. Therefore, we always prepare this snack in advance.
Cut two or three medium zucchini into thin slices, without peeling the skin. Salt to taste, leave for 10 minutes. At this time we are preparing marinade sauce:
- 50 ml of vegetable (ideally olive) oil, a teaspoon of table salt without a slide, a little black pepper, three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of liquid honey; Pass 2-3 cloves of garlic through a crusher, add finely chopped parsley and dill to the marinade.
We mix everything. The marinade is ready. It remains to squeeze the pieces of salted zucchini a little so as not to crush them, and pour the marinade over. Close the cup or saucepan with a lid and put it in a warm place for an hour, then put it in the refrigerator.
Serve spicy zucchini with meat, fried potatoes or mashed potatoes, fish.
Zucchini and champignon pate “Very tasty”
This spread is a real lifesaver for large families. Prepared in advance, folded in a jar, vegetable pasta is a great breakfast or snack when spread on a piece of toasted bread or fresh crispy loaf.

Grate two medium zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for an hour to let them juice.

You can fry the zucchini separately from the mushrooms.
