in the Fall Winter 2020 Campaign
The French fashion house Altuzarra has shown a new advertising campaign for the fall-winter 2020-2021 collection, the protagonists of which are not professional models, but the mother, grandmother, daughter and sister of the brand founder Joseph Altuzarra. “I love the idea of clothing that is a time marker that is passed down from generation to generation and becomes almost a talisman connecting the past, present and future” – said the designer in his interview for Vogue-America.

Throughout his career, Joseph Altuzarra, who has Chinese, French and American roots, explores fashion trends from different historical eras, alters vintage dresses and old costumes for new collections, which thanks to him acquire a modern sound.
In order to present the images of the fall-winter 2020-2021 season, the designer asked his mother Karen, grandmother Jeannette, cousin Lily and daughter Emma to take part in the filming of the lookbook, who took turns photographing each other. The collection includes long dresses with sleeves, knitted suits, sweaters, midi skirts, wide leg pants and other versatile items that are equally well suited to women of different ages, heights and body types.
