What is the impact of stress on our fertility?
When we are stressed, our body gets tired and our adrenal glands produce cortisol, a hormone not really favorable to our ovulation. Stress is a real disruptor for our body. By producing inflammatory elements, it completely destabilizes the proper functioning of the latter. How many of us have already had the impression of poorly digesting and seeing our intestinal flora disturbed under the effect of stress? The latter also has an impact on our fertility.
I am stressed: what to do?
First of all we calm this little voice which is spinning at full speed in our head… our mind. We tell him stop and we come back to the here and now.
We practice abdominal breathing several times a day. Don’t wait for stress to come in and throw you off. Take this habit at least 3 times a day: in the morning when you wake up, at noon and in the evening when you get home. Your mind will quickly get used to it and will appreciate this moment of relaxation.
We take the time … Particularly in the morning with some breathing exercises, a little meditation or yoga. Also use your positive word of the day.
Start your day calmly. By taking care of you. And above all, don’t forget to treat yourself throughout your day
