3 dietary principles to burn fat
Small reminder of the main principles of fat burning diet :
– reduce carbohydrates as much as possible, especially those quickly digested and assimilated, to deprive the body of its main source of energy and force it to draw on its stocks;
– control fats and favor those (especially essential fatty acids) that we need to maintain our cells: used, they are stored less;
– focus on foods rich in nutrients or substances that require good energy expenditure to be metabolized.
Pollock, low in calories and rich in protein
Like most lean white fish (pollock, cod, haddock …), hake is low in calories (80 calories / 100 g) and above all rich in protein.
Chicken breast (turkey, chicken), satisfying
These white meats are rich in protein (about 20%) and almost devoid of fat, which makes them digestible and satiating.
5% fat minced steak, anti-fatigue
It provides little fat, but quality proteins and especially easily assimilated iron, essential to avoid fatigue.
