For cooking grape jam take a set of products consisting of:

  • white large grapes – 1 kg;
  • granulated sugar – 1 kg;
  • water – 0.5 l.

First, you need to boil the syrup from water with sugar and cool it.

While the sweet liquid is cooling, the grapes are washed, the seeds are removed from the berries with a pin. The grapes are dipped in a container with cooled syrup. Place the container on the stove. The jam is cooked over low heat, gradually increasing it. At the end of cooking, the mass should begin to thicken.

Before removing the jam from the heat, add a little vanilla and citric acid (1 tsp) to it. The cooled jam is poured into sterilized jars. Roll up lids or wrap in parchment and leave in the cold. In the second case, the shelf life will be shorter.

For cooking grape marmalade take ingredients:

  • ripe grapes – 10 kg;
  • baking soda – 1 tablespoon

The grapes are washed. The berries are dipped in a baking soda solution (the liquid should completely cover the berries) and boiled until their skin bursts.

The mass is allowed to cool. Pass it through a sieve. The pitted peel is removed.
The resulting gruel is returned to the stove and boiled until it becomes thick. In this case, the mass is constantly stirred so that it does not burn.

The thickened marmalade is placed in glasses. After cooling, the treats are wrapped in parchment.

To stock up on grape juice for the cold season, take nutmeg grapes (5 kg), wash it. Put the berries in a saucepan, pour water (2 liters) into it and put on fire. After the contents of the pan boil, boil it for half an hour.

The pot is removed from the heat. Filter the contents through cheesecloth folded several times. Add granulated sugar (1 kg) to it, mix thoroughly. The resulting liquid is boiled for 10 minutes.

Ready juice is poured into cans that have been previously sterilized. Roll them up.

The resulting concentrated drink is diluted with boiled water to taste before use. It is advisable to add a little lemon or orange juice to it – the taste of the drink will turn out to be more interesting and original.

Wash large and ripe grapes, put them in a saucepan. Place the container in a water bath and heat until the skin on the berries bursts and juice flows out of them.

The juice is decanted through several layers of cheesecloth into another pan. At the same time, they try not to crush or crush the berries. The expressed juice is combined with sugar and water (0.5 kg of sugar and 250 ml of water are taken for 0.5 liters of juice). The resulting liquid is put on fire and boiled until the jelly is ready.

The readiness of a sweet treat is determined as follows: a little product is dripped into a glass of water. If the drop does not spread, the jelly is ready.

The finished jelly is poured into glasses and allowed to cool. Then they are served to the table.
