- apricots – from 3 pcs. (at your discretion);
- semolina – 2 tablespoons;
- citric acid – 1/3 tsp;
- apricot syrup – ½ cup;
- gelatin – 1 tbsp .;
- water – 3 glasses;
- whipped cream and walnuts – to decorate the dessert.
Pour the semolina with water, add a little citric acid. Mix thoroughly. Leave to swell for 5 hours.
Hot water is added to a saucepan with swollen cereals and put on fire. Let it boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes.
The contents of the pan are cooled to +40 degrees. Pour apricot syrup to it and begin to beat with a mixer. The result should be an airy mass of foamy consistency. Gelatin dissolved in water is introduced into it. Beat again.
