On September 3, at the Venice Film Festival, the film “Spencer. The Secret of Princess Diana ”by Pablo Larrain. The princess is played by Kristen Stewart, an ambassador for the Chanel fashion house, who worked on the actress’s on-screen wardrobe together with costume designer Jacqueline Durran. Designed by Karl Lagerfeld, this milky organza dress features a floral pattern of gold and silver sequins. The masters of the Lesage atelier worked on the embroidery, Lognon on the pleating.
The dress appears on the screen at the moment when Princess Diana decides to divorce Prince Charles. The plot of the film tells about the Christmas holidays in 1991, which the royal family traditionally spent at the Sandringham estate. The film will be released worldwide on November 4.
