  • Drink 2 cups a day infusion of fresh or dried blueberry leaves, collected before flowering, dividing into equal parts: 4-5 tbsp. spoons pour 1 liter of boiling water, keep in a water bath for 20 minutes.
  • Drink 2 tbsp. tablespoons of blueberry juice, half diluted with water, 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes. before meals.
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of blueberry leaves and beans (1: 1), pour a glass of boiling water, leave for 20 minutes, filter and take 2-3 tbsp. spoons 3-4 times a day for 20 minutes. before meals.
  • Take 50-100 grams of fresh blueberries per day.
  • Drink infusion: pour 4 teaspoons of dry fruits with 2 cups of boiling water, leave for 4-5 hours in a thermos. Drink 4-5 times a day, 50-100 ml before meals.
  • 2 teaspoons of blueberry leaves pour 250 ml of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Drink during the day.

With diarrhea:
